When I try to be funny

To some, words are 

there to sound fancy

To dress up in them 

because to sound incomprehensible 

is what a person who does not 

seethe with incomprehensible emotion 

could desire to be 

Or maybe I am simply jealous 

of those with excellent vocabulary
